Safeway tours is best alternative if you don't want to drive. I have travelled to Hilton Niagara from Brampton. They have multiple timings and staff is very supportive , they took reservations over call. After boarding we had given cash $40 per person which gives same value casino voucher. And also we catch up the bus late one and we were on stand by but luckily we got the seat. This system need to be improved as there are chances of bus getting occupied which can be very risky. Ride was enjoyable with no complaints at all...

When we were booking they told us they guarantee us the return. We arrived at 6pm sharp but they left. We were not late. They purposely do that to trap us in the casino so they could make more profit. We had to take an Uber home for $200 and they refuse to give any refunds.

watching old Chinese ladies push and shove each other in a desperate attempt to get on the bus, then scream at each other over seats was both hilarious and terrifying. Our host tried to calm things down and impose order, but it was a losing battle. apparently some people were told they were assigned a seat number -- this is not a thing. seating is first come first served, despite what some of the agents tell you. the bus was very clean and air conditioned, and fairly comfortable. like other reviews say, the drivers are extremely aggressive and sometimes reckless. I'm mostly dropping stars due to safety concerns. You know how they gave Greenland its name to cover up the fact that it's actually all snow? Yeah, I think they did the same thing here.

The service was terrible. I called the holines for reservation and asked the holine representative to add my name on a spot. I told her more than three times. She told me that she did it for 9:50 on Saturday 24th and when I came, I found out that I didn't have my name on a list. The guide was rude. Without any explanations about how will it work, she told me to board the bus. She used disrespectful tone woth customers, when customers tried to inquire about registration. When the bus stopped at hurontario for pick up, she told me to get off the bus and wait for another bus for an hour, even though there was a seat available. I needed to catch up for boat tour and unfortunately, missed the tour. I tried asking the guide but she disregarded my question. I felt it was very disrespectful and that this should not be way how customers should be treated. I felt it was very dishonest on their end. I was very frustrated. On my way back, I had to board a bus and was told that they didnt have spot. I begged them to let me in the bus and waited 30 minutes. They told me that I could only board a bus that took me to Mississauga and then take go bus to richmondhill. When i asked the guide for location, she told me I don't know and can't help you. I am very disappointed with the customer service. The internet connection in a bus is very bad. I felt this trip gave me a headache. It was a total chaos.

Safeway Tours raised the bus fare to $45 if you don’t have a gold card. Pre-COVID it used to be $10. Even though they will give a free play of minimum of $40 at the casino, it’s still not worth it.

The driver of bus 6631 to niagara casino Liscence#BP2839 on thursday september 22, almost ran me over on the road and when I tracked him down he said he was not from this country and threatened to kill me! Hey safeway tours...now we know why there is no customer service......up yours too....the police have been informed

We took the 7 days/6 nights bus tour of Eastern Canada with Safeway in 2019. It was a very pleasant trip.

Always a good ride to casino but sometimes the wifi doesn't work for YouTube now with covid they have taken precautions

Witnessed dangerous driving and near misses on the highway in Toronto today at 8:00am. Two of your buses needlessly weaving in and out of lanes at high speed. One was plate BP4 607, I didn't catch the other plate. If I wasn't driving defensively I would have been crushed into the highway divider when your bus abruptly swung hard into my lane without checking their blind spot. Scary!
