Went there to buy a JR pass which would allow me to travel to a lot of places in Japan by shinkansen. The lady that helped with my purchase was very polite and helpful. She processed my application quickly and also provided some very useful information about how to go about using my JR Pass. I highly recommend this place.
Great and quick service! Went to buy a JR Rail Pass and was done in less than 15 minutes. A bit hard to find, but its on the fourth floor 407 of the building.
Very friendly and patient staff.
