Our travel agents, John & Angie worked tirelessly to find us an earlier flight home and made the arrangements within 24 hours. No customer service, the lady agent has a bad attitude.

I always book my trips through this AirTransit office. The staff are all wonderful and knowledgeable and are organized when it comes to booking. I often travel alone and have never had a problem travelling as on your trips you are always meeting people and some end up becoming friends. I have just booked Ireland and Scotland for end of May 2020.
