Service like that i can't even give one star. There is no words for that.
These guys are never on time, management must be on drugs. This pharmacy TO MANY PROBLEMS !!!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They will tell you 15 to 30 minutes on a prescription, but they generally take about 8 hours to get anything filled. If you ask the staff why it takes so long, they get rude, and occasionally curse at you. DO NOT ever go to this horrid place. They are probably responsible for deaths.

This pharmacy is just bad, they always manage to lose your electronic prescriptions!!! Only call them with a question if you want to speak with a useless, rude staff member. However they're great with providing you with overpriced drugs and long wait lines.

I used to love the staff at this pharmacy but the new staff lacks ALL customer service (especially the Pharmacy Assistant). They are not helpful, do not care AT ALL whether you are sick or in pain and NO ONE offers to match price on ANYTHING. If you don't have insurance any other Safeway will work with you to make sure you don't have to pay the full cash price on expensive prescriptions (I know from experience as I was a Pharmacy Technician at Safeway for over 4 years). This pharmacy offers NONE of those services now and they staff gets rude if you even bring it up. I am VERY disappointed in the customer service and "bedside manner" (for lack of a better term) at this pharmacy and am ready to start filling all of my prescriptions elsewhere.
