We are an independent pharmacy located in the Crown Hill/Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. Bob Johnson opened the pharmacy in 1957 in the same location as it stands today. Years later, Mike Donohue began his internship at Bob Johnson’s Pharmacy as he attended the University of Washington’s School of Pharmacy. In 1988, Mike bought the store from Bob Johnson and since has carried on Bob’s mission of providing small-town service to a growing community.

I changed to Bob’s recently and I wish I had known about it sooner. What a wonderful place! I didn’t think it was possible to have a pleasant experience with a pharmacy anymore, but it was so easy and quick to get my prescription refilled.

One of the staff went above and beyond helping me with an order that was delayed- researched alternatives, found out the cause of the delay, and kept me informed throughout. Great customer service

The BEST pharmacy. I go out of my way to get my meds here even though it's not the closest location from my home. So thoughtful over the phone, very cheerful in person and they don't harass you about personal medical matters involving vaccines, masks etc. Just entering Bob Johnson's improves my mental health and sanity. They are such a caring and intelligent group of people who really try to help.

Outstanding service, always super courteous and very quick to fill any prescriptions.

Lady who answered the phone at the front desk was super rude and condescending when asking basic questions about a compound prescription. It’s my first time dealing with a compound prescription and she seemed very annoyed that I had questions. Maybe she should find a different field to work in if she wants to act snarky and rude when a patient is asking basic questions. I knew within the first minute of speaking to her that I wouldn’t be doing business here. Kelley Ross pharmacy on Madison Street was very sweet and polite when answering my questions. They will now get my business, you guys will not!

It was such a relief to find these wonderful people after having difficult and frustrating experiences elsewhere. Friendly and professional service every time and an affordable delivery option to boot! So nice to be able to support a true neighborhood business!

Bob Johnson's is *the* place to have prescriptions filled, and pick up a few needed health-related items while you're there. Pharmacist Mike is an expert at all-things related to your prescriptions and can make sure you know how and when to take your medicines, advising on any issues. It's a compounding pharmacy, too, so they can meet whatever prescription needs you have. The pharmacy has been there for decades, with Mike learning from and taking over from the original owner Bob after working with him for years. They're a gift to this community.

I originally went here because Walgreens didn't have what I needed.  I received excellent, candid advice from the pharmacist Michael? on a delicate subject.  Customer service was excellent and they went out of their way to get what I needed.  This is my new preferred pharmacy. Thanks guys!

These amazing folks are a *very* full service compounding pharmacy.  I have never been so pleased with any pharmacy, and I will never again be satisfied with anything less.

Very pleasant and helpful. Will be my choice of pharmacy instead of big chain stores... Done with that!
