Safeway Pharmacy is always very slow even when called several hours ahead of time. They are very poor about calling with any questions regarding insurance or how the medication has been prescribed. And have filled prescriptions for our family before with Tricare Insurance and . Now they are giving us a great deal of grief about having Tricare and the fact that Tricare doesn't issue insurance cards. The staff is not knowledgeable with regards to Tricare Insurance.
