White Cross Pharmacy

This pharmacy didn’t want to fulfill my daughter’s order because I supposedly didn’t have the right copy from doctor. She pretended to call the office in front of me and ask them to send it over. I left and had a sneaky suspicion she was pulling my leg. I called the doctor and they said they didn’t get a call from them and the copy I had was the right one and she had to fax over the same one. Apparently this pharmacist wanted to give me a hard time because she could tell I wasn’t a local. Discrimination and pettiness deserves 0 stars, too bad I have to give you 1 star. I’d much rather go to Super 1 or Walmart and throw my money there instead of a local small shop which was my initial thought. Oh well, your loss. God bless you.

White Cross Pharmacy has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to help me get my child’s seizure medicine before a CRAZY weekend!! I cried with the service I received!! I’ve never been treated like I or my child mattered with a pharmacy!! I am so grateful for the techs and everyone else that works there!!
