I don't know how a business can continue to operate with this level of service. There may be good people that work here but they are not managed well. There are two registers to check people out but only one is open at all time? I don't know when I'm going to stop wasting my time here.

Over the last year this location has gotten worse. I understand that they are under a lot of pressure, but we are still customers. The technicians don’t care to listen to customers and answer questions, they just want to get to the next person. I look forward to taking my business elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy, but unfortunately only one close to our home. Prescriptions are never ready even when automated calls tell you they are. Prescriptions on auto refill not consistently filled automatically. Pharmacists don’t look in your file regularly for double billing, so you get there to pick it up and have to wait again while they fix the bill. Can’t tell you how many times I hav come to pick up a prescription that wasn’t ready. Waited over an hour once for a refill.

I've been using this pharmacy for 15 years. Not once has anyone treated me with anything but respect. Like any pharmacy, there are days when they don't have what I need. But they always apologize and get it for me as quickly as they can.

Unlike any of the other people who have put postings on this board, I have had several times with very good service at this pharmacy! I have picked up several medications very rapidly. Also, the last time, I wanted to have a 3 month supply of my pills, but my doctor only prescribed 1 month. I called the office, and the assistant said she would phone in the prescription right away. She didn't. So, I went to the pharamacist who phoned the doctor himself, and he did! For some reason the doctor this time sent a fax for just 2 months. The doctor was making a mistake. I wanted 3 months to make it easy for me and a little cheaper. When I called the dctir to ask what was up it was only 2 30 in the afternoon but no one answered at the doctor's office. The pharmacist said he understood my concerns. He would give me a three day supply to tide me over until my doctor gave me what I wanted. This three day supply was free. I felt he gave me extra care. The next day the doctor sent in a prescription for the 3 months as I requested. So, anyway, you can see above they gave me extra service. I can't complain! Today, they did it again. I called to be sure they were ready, and I was there for about 10 minutes while they did something with my insurance which they did not know about in advance. The woman at the desk was very competent and friendly and caring and helpful. What more could I ask for?
