They're pretty good-- not perfect, but good-- and I've gained a new appreciation of them after the unbelievable nightmare of trying to deal with the Kaiser pharmacy system, where every single thing is a huge problem each and every time that any prescriptions needs to be filled. I never even imagined that it would be impossible to talk to anyone on the phone at a pharmacy until dealing with Kaiser. So compared to that, the FM pharmacy is perfect!!
