Fred Meyer Pharmacy

The staff are consistently good and efficient workers who, minus one or two, are genuinely pleased to assist the customer and to meet their needs and expectations from the Fred Meyer Pharmacy. The only reason I didn't pass on the 5 star selection was because of the Notification System that has failed to initiate any form of contact to myself to inform me that My prescription is ready and can be picked up. This is very frustrating and my physician who prescribes my necessary prescription medications, would definitely state that it could be jeopardizing my life and/or those around me if my medications are not taken which causes serious physical and mental reactions that if they were to occur while driving or operating machinery; myself and everyone in proximity to my physical location would have their lives put into jeopardy, and my not receiving the text notification that links to the requirement to take my medication or that I didn't receive it to continue to take the necessary dosages of each medication, has thrown off my entire schedule and functionality because of the steadily growing pain levels and my ability to communicate to those that I interact with on a daily basis. I even had stopped into the Fred Meyer Oregon City Store to look for something in the hardware department which was not offered for sale, and walked into and back out of the store, hobbling along in agony with no thought whatsoever about going by the pharmacy. THIS NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY IF NOT SOONER THAN RIGHT NOW!

There is ALWAYS plenty of staff, no matter what time of day. I have left other pharmacies because they only have two staff or the pharmacist is on lunch. This has never happened at Fred Meyer. The staff are also happy, don't appear stressed out, and provide a positive atmosphere. I will pass other pharmacies now just to go to this one.

Fast, friendly and much cheaper than other pharmacies (Walgreens).

They have been courteous and prompt with all my prescriptions.
