Safeway New Westminster Station

Safeway at Azure The Plaza located in Carnarvon St. employs people who shouldn't be there' Rod, who yells and screams, arrogant, racist and condescending to customers; Jeff who is at the self check out -don't be fooled by his young looks; he's as nasty as the bitter gourd Safeway sells; then there's this plump. short long-haired girl who sneezes at the chickens. Today Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017 at 11:45 M, she was there and was not in good mood when she placed all the fried drumstick chickens in the deli counter. Most of the chicken were fried but inside was red as hot tomato; at one time, this long-haired Caucasian girl also sneezed inside the deli case. She acted as though no one knew but two customers and me and another saw her. She has no name-tag so all I can do is describe her. I attempted to take her pictures but I think she suspected me so I backed off. She went for her break today at 12 noon, sat in the Starbucks seating area. She also talked to another employee who was on her break today- someone with Asian features. This plump girl should stop working in Safeway.

What a bunch of idiots!! Especially at their self checkout, they let everyone go all Willy nilly, anyone can butt in line and if you’re white they’ll let it go!!! Plus they don’t price match like Save-On-Foods and the staff are so unfriendly. And they leave stock out on the floor for the customers to trip on. Horrible place to shop, not to mention all the flies in their bakery, disgusting

Great selection overall albeit very overpriced. Convienent. The bakery has gone to trash since I started coming here 8 months ago. Black Forest strudels without cocoa for example. I have seen numerous "fresh" packages made that day with fly infestations in the packaging. Absolutely disgusting. It has especially gotten worse in the past month.

Middle sized grocery store. Clean. Decently stocked. Has self checkout.
