I have ordered from this bakery 3 times and was pleased with their work. Very friendly staff and they respond to emails quickly. They have recently become a nut-free bakery. I would recommend this bakery for your custom cake needs.

Super tasty cupcakes. decorated very nicely. I had a Groupon which made it quite affordable. Not too much on hand in the case that you can place an order and the lady seems happy to get it ready for you.

Customer service was AMAZING. Had a lovely chat with the employee here, the food is just as good. The 15$ cupcake sampler was dreamy, one of almost each cupcake they have. The flavours were rich and the cupcakes were fragrant. The use of different coloured cupcake liners was a detail that did not go unnoticed, it made the sampler even more colourful! Vanilla and chocolate were amazing, the red velvet was so smooth, the coconut accompanied ones were delicious! Absolutely would return for more cupcakes. Personally I wish the sampler was cheaper, maybe 10$ or so, that way I would get 2-3 at a time. But I completely understand the need to have the price so high. Will happily consider a custom birthday cake from here in the future!

I love their cupcakes! Especially the red velvet cupcakes! I always walk by their shop and most of the time I can't resist buying cupcakes as it looks so yummy when I look at their window.

I ordered branded cupcakes for a corporate event and 100% will be ordering from Pink Ribbon again. Lovely to talk to, easy to do business and the delivered product was fantastic!
