Welcome to our cozy 1858 Victorian Italianate Bed and Breakfast located off beautiful Excelsior Bay of Lake Minnetonka in Minnesota. We are located on downtown Excelsior's Water Street, home to some of the Twin Cities most unique shopping and dining. This is the perfect spot for a fun getaway weekend, a romantic special occasion, or a break from the usual hotel chain experience. Lake Minnetonka beckons with 4 seasons of activities, people watching and excitement.

Stayed 5 nights with my 1 year old. The house is not very kid friendly, but the host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The sunday breakfast was amazing and the host would make breakfast to order every morning. The rooms have private bathrooms and everything is very clean. It was within walking distance of lots of interesting shops and the waterfront. I will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I loved staying here! It was cozy and relaxing with a fantastic amount of things to do in town when you are out for dinner or just walking around. The owners were super friendly and accommodating! We had an amazing breakfast in the morning and loved the relaxed atmosphere the owner presented. I would highly recommend this place. We will go again.

Great spot in a very cool little town on lake Minnetonka. Plenty to do within walking distance of the Inn. Classic old Victorian style home and furnishings. We stayed for a night for our Anniversary and had a great time. Unfortunately did not experience the breakfast as we had other plans with family that morning but I would definitely recommend this place. The grounds are beautiful and the outdoor seating area's are also great with a glass of wine! Thanks guys. We will be back hopefully next year
