Will never say anything but good things about the Jackman Eye Institute. From check-in until check-out, service is friendly and quick given all the testing required! Dr. Wang is an incredible ophthalmologist - very caring and thorough. My only complaint is about other patients being rude to staff about wait times. It’s delicate and sensitive work that they’re doing and each patient is there for the same reason - to maintain their vision. No staff should ever have to abused, let alone at a specialty clinic. Props to all hands at the Jackman Eye Institute. You’re all amazing.

My experiences here were largely positive. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, although not quick enough to explain what they were doing, and its necessity. They frequently recommend tests and procedures that are not covered by MCP, so be prepared to spend a little out of pocket.

From the time I entered the Jackman Eye Clinic I was treated in a very professional manner . Very efficient . My procedure was done with the utmost care and the staff were awesome. Dr Jackman was amazing and before you knew it your procedure was all done . I highly recommend the Jackman Eye Clinic .

This was my first visit with the Jackman Eye Institute. I booked in at the reception desk. I filled out my information then I was taken into an administration office so that they could advice me of the procedure and the cost involved for the procedures not covered. I opted for basic. When Dr. Ankur Ralhan saw me to give me the results he very kindly offered to make an appointment for me at the hospital where the upgraded procedure would be covered at no cost.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Jackman and his staff are all excellent at what they do. Every question I had was answered perfectly, and I was made feel as comfortable as I could be! My procedure was a breeze, and recovery has been great so far! If you're debating Lasik, this is the place to go!

Excellent service. Moderate wait times. Lots of sitting in different waiting areas for specific care. Waiting room has lots of windows so escaping the sun can be tricky. Chairs are very high, so if you're on the short side, it's a tad uncomfortable on the chairs.

Dr. Jackmans Eye Institute is a great place. Before my appointment I had the privilege of being acquainted with them bringing my Mom back and forth. All of the staff are well trained, polite & ready to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend their services. They leave no stone unturned when it comes to eye care.

Great doctors great staff very friendly and professional. They make you comfortable and they are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Highly recommend them for all your eye needs.

Staff is excellent as is Dr. Jackman. It was a great experience except I was not told what to expect when I left as I had black spots for weeks which finally went away. Wish I had been told that would happen and not to worry it would eventually go away.

Staff was beyond excellent and the building is beautiful. I was a little taken back, so to speak, about my Doctor. When the exam was over, he just exits the room with no warning. I was left there wondering to myself if he was finished or coming back. There was no one nearby to ask so I walked out and made a comment at reception that I GUESS I am finished. A few hrs earlier, someone I know was there also and the same Dr did the same as him for I had made a point of asking. As a medical person myself, I just found this very strange and maybe he should think about being more cordial when he leaves the room when the exam is finished. Its just common courtesy.
