"This time our ramen is mainly used Ontario's high-quality chicken in Toronto locations. The broth has Umami, sweetness and very rich, and the Angus beef adds depth. Enjoy our new flavour!RYUS Noodle Bar"

Ramen LLBO Chicken broth Covid protocols are on place. Currently dine in capacity at about 20 people. Yelp waitlist is highly encouraged. Back again since I've tried it a few years ago. Still great flavours and service! "Hot wine" I assumed since it's near Christmas this would be like mulled wine. It came with a cinnamon stick however the flavours of the other ingredients of a mulled wine was lacking. Not very fragrant. Gyoza pork Delicious but the bottom could be a bit more burnt and crispier. Angus Roast Beef Ramen Shio Thick and creamy soup full of flavor. The roast beef was good, served with truffle oil. Doesn't come with egg or seaweed but it does come with some snow fungus which was interesting. Niboshi Ramen anchovies clear broth, limited time Lovely fishy broth. The pork slices were tender but I prefer the roasted style better. Also doesn't come with egg but there is one piece of seaweed. Overall still a great experience, will definitely come back.
So excited to try the Valentine’s Day TastingMenu . A five Course tasting which included Wagyu Beef from Australia. We got to compare Tenderloin and Rib Eye prepared medium rare by owner and chef Roy. I’ve been here before for their amazing ramen. So to come for this five course dinner which included palate cleansers was quite the experience. Everything was beautifully plated and very delicious. I enjoyed unique combination of flavours …. lemon pepper sardines in oil prepared in house with soy miso sous vide chicken gizzards. A chicken liver pate so creamy smooth with a caramelized brûlée top and Italian Burrata with sous vide pork. And of course Shio Ramen for me. And notice the pretty handcrafted ceramic plates from Japan Ended the evening with Shiratama Japanese Rice Cake served with ice cream and Kinako Soy bean and Canadian Maple Syrup. I love mochi so this was heavenly! I highly recommend you try this place. For more food adventures, follow me on Instagram @hungry.jo
Ryu's completely changed my opinion on ramen! Within Nov 2021 and Jan 2022 I've eaten here 5 times. The broth is so flavourful and the miso broth is thick! Spicy miso packs heat but it's doable. They give you a stamp card when you visit and a coupon card with a discount and free topping. Service is so nice too! Can't wait to come back soon :
Delicious. The rich shio noodles were so good. The broth was thick and flavourful. Tried the chicken gizzards too and was surprised by how much I liked them, a little nice chewy texture.
One of the best and most unique Ramen shops in the city. If you've never had ramen or had it a million times this is a spot to checkout. Each one of the broths if full of flavour
This is one of my favourite places to go for Ramen in the city. It's a smaller place, so the wait might be long, but totally worth it! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the service was also pretty good. The portions are fairly large but can easily be eaten in one sitting ;
The rich shiyo ramen broth had a thicker viscosity, was rich and had a lot of depth of flavour! The toppings were top notch. Their noodles seem to be made in house, and are speckled which makes it look like multigrain! The vegetable shoyu ramen was not as good… broth is no comparison to the other rich shiyo ramen broth I tried. A decent alternative for those who are vegetarian though. Gyoza was standard. You have the option to get 6, 8, or 10. I must also mention that the water tasted very crisp and refreshing. It must’ve been filtered or something, because it was not your standard Toronto tap water.
Great fast service. Had to wait as there were a few tables ahead of us, but was fast enough that we didn’t wait much. They supply asahi black here! Also the broth for the ramen was delicious and rich. Chicken was moist and full of flavour. Seasoned egg was also cooked to perfection. Would visit again
Stopped at Ryus Noodle bar for lunch on a weekday. It was our first time with the place and our waiter was very helpful. We tried the classic shoyu with hot flavor and the vegetarian version of shoyu. The classic shoyu was excellent , the vegetarian was alright. If you are looking for a rich taste/flavor I would recommend going for creamy noodles here. The pork gyoza was definitely yummy.
ryus noodle bar was great! We ordered the shoyu as well as the vegetable shoyu. The waiter, Taku was amazing and so kind. Attached are some pictures. The arugula in ramen was an interesting choice that my friend's palette didnt agree with. Overall, my experience was positive and the food was very tasty
