Ryan went above and beyond to help me find the right property for my kids and I, and he negotiated a fantastic deal and a very quick closing date for us, which was very important to us. He worked really hard to give us all the information we needed to meet our deadlines for the short closing. So pleasant and easy to work with!! Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Ryan went way above and beyond anything I expected especially on his assessment. I could not believe how in depth he went and am more than happy I used his expertise. I would highly recommend Ryan to anybody and will definitely use him again if I ever decide to sell and buy. He is very easy to get ahold of and when he says he will do something he does it and I find that very rare in today's market. If your looking for someone who is not only interested in just selling or finding you a home he is the person for you because he also made me feel comfortable at the same time and that helped relieve a lot of tension I had at the time.

Could not have been happier with Ryan's services. He provided lots of valuable advice and was extremely flexible around our busy schedules. He was available literally 24/7 to answer our questions and as first time buyers there were plenty of them!! His communication with us was superb and throughout the negotiation process we knew exactly what was going on the whole time. Although house buying can be a stressful time, Ryan certainly did everything within his power to make it as enjoyable as possible. I wish him all the best in the future and hope to refer as many friends to him as possible so that they can get the same great service we did! Thanks Ryan!!

My realtor was the FREAKIN best he did his all and went above the call of duty. My condo is sold I am super happy. We gave him super short notice but he had our place up and sold in a fast manner. He is WONDERFUL he cared so much about us and did everything in his power to do us right. I would highly RECOMMEND!!!!!!
