Ruth's Chris Steak House

Wow, what a very attentive staff!! Very nice ambiance and just the perfect place for a Special occasion!! The food & cocktails were made to beautifully and to perfection!! The also have a happy hour menu for food and beverages if your budget concerned. Its quite Elegant inside with a lot of eye catching scenery.

First time at Ruth's Chris Steak House, and the last. Atmosphere is comfortable and we were promptly seated at our reservation time. The cowboy ribeye, although overdone, was delicious. Prices were in line with most steak houses in the area. Two stars due to our waitress, Bonnie, nearly ruining the entire experience. She made our table feel like an inconvenience and most interactions were awkward. When asked for a recommendation on a Cabernet, she stated "well now you're just making my job harder" and was extremely rude to myself and others at the table. No one at our table felt comfortable to ask questions or to ask for an additional drink. I will NOT be returning to Ruth's Chris, and will be taking my business back to other steakhouses in the Madison area.

The restaurant is beautiful. The cowboy ribeye is delicious but the fish is also a very delicate dish. My husband and I enjoyed our dinner very much. The white chocolate bread pudding with Tia Maria was a masterpiece. It is a pricey restaurant but ideal for special occasions!

Wonderful service, great food, and a nice experience. They are currently serving a Moscow Mule that I tried and thought was delicious, but I did not like that it came in a normal drinking class instead of the classic copper mug.
