VIP treatment here. The Doctor's, Nurses the Radiology department and anesthesiologist and there team even the person pushing you in the wheelchair are so great. They communicate with you. They are not in a rush very concerned with you and overall just a great hospital. The gift shop is back open too.

Love the hospital, the best physicians I’ve ever had! Have my whole care team here, cannot recommend them enough.

Went to primary care appointment and one of the young ladies at the front desk doing checking in was very rude and has very poor customer service located in the 1700 w van buren on the 5th floor checking in for Dr.John. This is my last time dealing with rush. They have gone down quality people.
