Absolutely terrible in every way imaginable. Received an incorrect order that was purchased via Just Eat. When I called the restaurant to let them know that there was an error, the lady on the other end was very apologetic and said that unfortunately they can't process the refund, but to call Just Eat and they will be able to. I called Just Eat, who would have been able to process the refund, except for the fact that when they called the restaurant, the restaurant would not authorize it. So basically I had both parties saying that they can't process a refund because of the other. So I called the restaurant back, and the lady that answered the phone (the same as previously mentioned) already knew who I was and what I was calling about. She asked, "Vicki"the manager, to speak with me, referring to me as the guy with the Just Eat order, so they knew what the issue was. The manager declined to speak with me because she was "off for the night." Pretty pathetic, if you can't deliver the proper order, won't authorize the appropriate refund (which you already admitted fault to), you should definitely be willing to tell the customer why not, instead of hiding behind the phone. If you can't solve problems, you probably shouldn't be the manager. I wish I could leave zero stars, but sadly Google must not consider how lack-luster some businesses can really be.

We have ordered from here several times and have not been disappointed yet! I will continue to order the great food!!!! Keep up the great work!!!

The food here is good. We did have to wait a bit to get service as the waitress was outside smoking.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Today was my first and last time handing money over to this company. Pretty sad when you call in to speak to the manager and hear her say in the background "It's the guy who just had the Just Eat order, I don't want to talk to him". My boyfriend and I ordered delivery from Rumak this evening and parts of our order weren't delivered. When we called in to request a refund for the food we paid for but didn't receive, we were told that they couldn't refund it because it went through Just Eat. When we called Just Eat, they called the restaurant to get approval for the refund... which they denied. Luckily Just Eat gave us our money back regardless, as should have been the case all along. Really looking forward to our phone call with Vicky tomorrow, I hope she feels like being a manager at that time and doesn't just pretend not to be there again.... Oh, not to mention our food is soggy. Terrible service and sub-par food. Would not recommend to anyone.
