I've only been there when it was quite, but everyone seems nice at least. Of course, it lacks diversity. But the busy times it looks pretty fun loads of people come out! At times I believe they do kareoke and have live bands.

I have been here numerous times and am never disappointed. The pet friendly patio is such a great perk and the staff treat her just like another guest, getting her water and pick treats. The staff is so friendly that even on the day they shut down to have there own staff party, we sat on the patio unknowing that it was closed and they still served us and brought us out free food.

Great DJ on Saturday June 3rd. There were three females working the bar and I would like to say thank you to Dana who's customer service turned my experience around. My brother who was visiting from out of town wasn't feeling well and needed water and when I asked for one from Dana's co-worker that night her attitude was mocking my simple and critical request. She smuggishly walked away and we went awhile with no acknowledgment. Dana appeared and I could tell she was swamped but doing an excellent job at multi-tasking and handled my order with a smile. Dana not only turned around my experience that night but aided in helping me help my family and that means everything to me. Thank you, Dana!

10 year customer, will never return After spending 3 hours at this establishment with a group of 4 females and two male friends Friday August the 25th, 2017, I made the mistake of stepping out for a smoke at 1:35 am for 2 minutes after making eye contact with a young ignorant African American bouncer who then nodded back at me, only to be not let back in 3 mins later claiming he didn't recognize me while my 6 friends were inside along with my jacket wallet and phone. I voiced my concern with this bouncer who had a severely ignorant disposition only for a Hispanic short pudgey bouncer to come out and brag that the owner Jamie doesn't care about my situation and that he's his cousin and doesn't have to listen to my story, as well as stating he was just talking with the owner Jamie a minute ago. He advised me I should call tomorrow and call for my jacket and wallet and phone from their lost and found and if I'm lucky it will be there. He litterally said this to me. After ten years of frequenting this establishment I will never be returning. Never in a millions years, this smug attitude from these young bitterly dispositioned bouncers while the whole time being completely reasonable and calm with them the whole time trying to debate with them for access to my clothing and wallet with them is atrocious. Bravo young gentlemen, you've done your establishment proud tonight. Way to go. Take your money, events and business elsewhere to the other fine establishments on Agusta st that don't have such children like bouncers with child like critical thinking skills employed there.
