Kids Foot Locker

I miss the old manager and staff working at this footlocker location! The new manager managing the store is awful. I came in to purchase a sneaker and he refused to sell it to me saying that the sneaker was sold out although there was other people continuing to purchase them same exact shoe. This is just unacceptable, I would ask an employee for the item and the manager would interrupt saying the item was sold out..

The staff member assisting me was extremely quick and was attentively waiting for if I had any questions while I tried on my shoes. They were very knowledgeable about the store, shoe quantity/availability, etc., probably one of the managers. I really appreciated how there were a lot of available employees to ask questions, and they were all actively seeking to help customers.

As always, Laura has been so helpful and very kind everytime we shop at this store. Great service, Laura! Unfortunately, she was on vacation when i came back to pick up my order. I am still giving 5 stars but i need to mention this: the guy who handed me my order of 3 kappa jackets insisted that all 3 are in the bag. With the weight of the package, you can tell that there's only 1 jacket. The guy didn't even give extra effort in double-checking and walked away, and i had to call him again. Another person came to check at the back and found the other two.

Tyler was very nice and helpful. Helped get my son different shoe sizes and helped with other merchandise questions. Cashier Laura was very nice as well. It’s nice to greeted and appreciated for shopping at their store considering I could pick anything in the mall. Will be back again. Thanks

We were at Square One Kids Foot Looker to returned 5-7 items bought online. The staff name Ashley was excellent service, super patient and very friendly to help us in more than 2 hours since Foot Locker system is so behind others company like Champs Sport or Sport Chek they take only 2 mins to return items bought online. Anyway , i just want Foot Locker company know that you are very lucky to have an employee like Ashley . I'll definitely return to buy more stuffs from your company Since Ashley did a great service like that. Thanks Ashley again to help us out !!!

Such a rude staff there! They can’t even know how to provide a good customer service! A lady who is working there behave so badly with us today! What if we are looking for the stuff but she came and picked the stuff and asked us do you want the shirt or not? Moreover, they were looking us so horribly if we picked any stuff? What does that mean? They should teach them better! They need to learn manners?!

Horrible staff. Not one person greeted or asked if I needed assistance. When I approached the cashier girl I needed help she gave attitude. Foot locker really shouldn't be hiring unprofessional rude staff that clearly don't want to work. Won't ever be coming to this location again. BTW this staff girl worked Saturday morning Aug 28.

I had in my hands the last pair of Blue Air Jordans and the last size,So I tould the man I want to try them on ,So he went to get them but then comes out telling me oh sorry we sold the pair of Air Jordans and that pair was the last pair.Disgraceful and Disrespectful

employees here are horrible, they talk to eachother the whole time and never say hi or offer u help, walked in 3 separate times and no one helped me
