Enjoy the view overlooking the beautiful Yarmouth waterfront.In addition to our dining rooms and lounge we offer three private rooms and we can accommodate small and medium seminars, conferences, special events and work-shops.Reservations suggested.

Story

Good times, great food and hand-crafted ales are served up daily at Rudder's Seafood Restaurant & Brew Pub.

Our unique ten barrel gravity flow brewery located on site, is the only microbrewery restaurant on the South Shore of Nova Scotia.

We pride ourselves in brewing handcrafted full bodied craft ales, in the English tradition, using only quality fresh malted barley, hops, spring water and top fermenting yeast. Our high quality ales are served unfiltered, naturally carbonated and contain no adjuncts or preservatives.

We're recognized as the social hub of the waterfront.

Great food, great atmosphere, and great service! I've never once had a bad experience here unlike many other restaurants in Yarmouth. Simple things like the food always being hot and being greeted at the door as soon as you walk in are things that other places seem to be lacking in, and you guys do a great job! The waitresses/waiters are always very friendly and efficient and it seems no matter how busy it gets the service is always good. I just had a terrible experience at Marco's this evening, and I figured instead of giving them 1 star, I would give you guys 5. I always recommend this restaurant.

Service horrible but food great. Outside seating great views of Harbor. Prices what you would expect them to be for a seafood place. Family friendly, couple friendly. Could potentially be romantic outside. Spirits and beer. Just don't expect Speedy service from the kitchen or the wait staff even when they're not so busy. Gives you ample time to talk with your partner before stuffing your face.

We drove here late at night and arrived at 9:30 pm, happy to find this restaurant open, til 10:30. The restaurant is very pretty, the service was great. The food surpassed anything we've had yet in Nova Scotia. We had salmon chowder (delicious!!), a seafood platter, and fish cakes. All incredibly delicious. Eat here!! It's wonderful!!!!

Wow was impressed with this place I had the seafood platter, for me the fish and clams could have been cooked a smidge longer. The other 2 people I was with said their entres were perfect. I roped my lunch off with coconut cream pie. It was to die for. The staff were very friendly. If my fish had of been a bit more crispy I would give 5 stars.

Nice place with water view. You can buy craft beer brewed on site. You can also sit outside and listen to live music. The food is good. We had fish cakes which were ample with a sample beer
