Ruckus Fence

I had them install some posts for me to install my own fence on and they did a great job. All the posts were straight and at the right height. Quick efficient work too!

Took advantage of a senior and lied about work they did. They also over charged me. I do not recommend ruckus, steer clear of this company.

Terrible customer service, very rude people. Promised work and left without completing. Hung up on me multiple times when asking why. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Also charged us $300 for $30 of materials 30mins of labour, Ripoff. AVOID Ruckus fence at all costs, garbage company, garbage people.

Great guys. Great work. I see there work all over London and St.Thomas. and it doesn't look like any fences have fallen over yet.

Ruckus Fence was quick to call back to arrange to come out and install fence posts for us. Also, when I called and left a message about our dissatisfaction with the job on Sunday evening, I received a call shortly after 7 a.m. on Monday, and that was appreciated; however, we are less than satisfied with the job. No resolution could be offered, because "It's standard procedure that posts will be installed unevenly." What? We wanted a five foot fence. Most posts fall short of five feet above ground by a few inches, and I was told the solution is to instead build a four foot fence. Poor workmanship, terrible communication between owner and employees, and appalling attitude to say it politely.
