They rebuilt our roadway with no respect for the people that lived here. The list of complaints against them was a mile long. The county had no one to approach about this, and Elgin had no one to approach about this. They did not communicate with us at all. To them it was a two million dollar project and we were irrelevant. After all that we have been through our neighbourhood will never be the same, and we had no input at all.
