A larger and better home hardware than I would've thought St. Thomas would warrant. Well lit, well stocked, spacious, and well staffed. A business practice a really notice and appreciate is how many staff they run with - no skeleton crew bare minimum, they have staff at all stations and multiple cashiers, plus more staff out and about. Easily twice the staff of any comparable sized store.

Very orgenized place, great for quick stops, or just take your time to see what great things they have in store for you. If you need something just ask. They know where to find what it is you are looking for. And if they don't have it then then they would order it for you if you would like.

Plenty of options to choose from no matter what the project is. Shelves are usually stocked and help us never too far away. Seasonal items are changed out timely and readily available. Great deals no matter what you are looking for.

Good selection. Some staff supper friendly. Some been there to long.

Toy store for the do it yourself people and professionals, they have almost every thing I need or can get it in. They're not afraid to to refer you elsewhere if you need anything immediately.
