Great Floors St. Thomas

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Ordered a carpet install in December and they had staffing problems, had to reschedule my booking and take a second day off work. The installer did a good job and they are local so I went back to get my basement done. They confirmed the install date and time. The day before my install they call and tell me they don't have the staff to uphold the booking. No consideration for customers time. No apology when I went in to get my refund. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Pick out flooring with little interaction from sales associates who seemed annoyed when I asked for help. I then set up a time for them to come out and measure, no one showed and I didn't recieve a phone call stating the appt needed to be changed. Needless to say I went else where and recieved excellent customer sevice there.

They were fantastic , they installed flooring , a new tile shower and recently a custom tile inset shelf. They did an excellent job and did it quickly exactly on time. We had an issue with the floor and they were super quick to react and fix it. They are experts with great customer follow up.

Great Floors St.Thomas, Ontario A couple of years ago, we requested an estimate to get our living room floors done. A week later the sales person and owner dropped by to take measuments and said he would call in a couple days with the cost. As the days and weeks passed and never hearing back from him we decided to hire someone else to do the job. 10-months ago, for whatever reason my wife dropped in the store to look at some floor options for another project, where the person on the floor happened to be that same guy who never contacted us back regarding the previous estimate. When she brought up why she was never contacted back, he claimed he had no recollection of who she was. After reading some of the reviews, all indications point this business does not demonstrate loyality to their customer base, nor to the potential consumers of this small community. Poor communicators and not worthy of good recomendations...

My experience with this company has always been EXCELLENT. They are honest with their advice, carry every type of floor you could ever want, and have some really helpful and friendly staff. (Seriously - what's with the negative reviews from people who have never even purchased from this company!?)
