Terrible experience. I asked for eyebrow threading and the lady completely reshaped my eyebrows and got rid of my natural arch and cut the inner hairs way to short. Also used face wax that was extremely hot and did not let it cool down when I asked.

The worst customer service I have ever received was at Rubyna Salon and Spa.. I went in for a full body wax, prepaid for the service ahead of time and waited approximately 3 hours for an esthetician to show up, not to mention the owner Rubyna left me in her establishment BY MYSELF... I was extremely disappointed with the service I received not just from the owner but the esthetician as well. After arriving 3 hours LATE the esthetician rushed through my body wax which resulted in several areas being missed!!!! I was promised by the owner that my next visit would be free but honestly after the terrible FIRST experience I won't be going back ever.
