I just had the best experience. The owner changed her name is Ann and her husband is Jhon " The new Jhon" I always come and because of their professionalism they really made me walk out so happy and satisfied. They are so welcoming and her job is amazing ! Love it and so clean they care about their customers

A friend recommended this place from previous visits & despite my protest we went there together. Staff were fine & pleasant but I developed paronychia, a cuticle infection shortly thereafter & I'm now on antibiotics for it & might have to go to the ER for them to drain it :/

Worst nail place ever! I had my pedicure done here today & the service was terrible at best. If this were a cheap place I might have had lower expectations. It's not expensive but mot cheap either. After attempting to do what I requested based on the picture I showed, the girl wasnt able to do a simply french manicure with a silver lining. I asked them to simply do the plain version of the French manicure. The manager, not knowing what was going on, came over and started speaking very rudely to me. I was still polite & tried to explain the girl got it wrong & I was ok with her just fixing it. Then the manager started yelling at me. I refused the manicure I was scheduled to do next. When i went to pay my bill i told the other manager there would be no tip & I would not be returning. He just turned and walked away. Most of the staff here don't speak English very well. Customer service is non existent. Save yourself the hassle. What was supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience turned ugly so unnecessarily!

Decided to get my eyebrows threaded from here as they're the cheapest option in the mall. The lady who did my eyebrows was very aggressive and careless. I was bleeding from two spots by the end of it. She tried cutting the edge with scissors and cut them all an uneven length somehow.

By far the worst nail salon I've ever been to. Inexperienced staff and rude. If I could, I would shut this salon down. This post isn't even worth typing but people need to know how terrible this nail salon is. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
