A great place to visit for a relaxing massage. The staff welcomes and greets you once you walk through the door. The RMT always asks me if there are certain areas of the body to focus on. The smell of the place relaxes your mind. A close and convenient location for a soothing massage. Highly recommended.

My massage therapist gave me a hot stone “massage” but she honestly just spent the hour rubbing oil all over my body. She added oil every 5 minutes and just touched my back lightly. When asking for more pressure and a focus on the shoulders, she literally just rubbed it a little longer with more oil. There was no “massage.” She assured me she had a history in physio...but she didn’t even know how to give a massage. Kept telling her that my shoulders and back really hurt and she just warmed by back up with stones. Came out of the massage feeling even more stressed. Waste of money. Super disappointed and will definitely not be returning.

Totally awesome. It was the perfect experience from beginning to end. From the moment i walked in and was greeted by Shana, she made me feel welcomed and relaxed. My RMT was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I had the hotstone massage. It was relaxing, loosened my tight muscles and I really liked how they used the stones as an extension of hands and not just placed the stones on my body. I would totally recommend them!! I’m going back again today!!

The staff at hand and stone spa are extremely welcoming and accommodating. I booked a facial and the esthetician was punctual and I was taken in on time. She also recommended me very amazing products. I would definitely recommend.

GET PRICING UPFRONT OR BE WILLING TO PAY THROUGH YOUR NOSE. Grace the massage therapist was great and did a magnificent job on the muscles in the back and neck. Problem was i was charged $ 122.94 for a 50 minutes massage when i get regular emails from Hand and Stone with specials of $ 69 for the massage. Shawna at reception demanded a copy of the email to give me the special rate. I told her i would go home and forward it to her, NO was the answer, cough up the $ 112 . Had booked 2 massages fro my wife and myself that i cancelled on the spot and asked that my email be removed from their "Specials". What a joke.
