Made me wait 40 minutes without even letting me know how much further it would be. Walked out. Should have listened to the other reviews. Never again.

I never write reviews, let alone negative ones but I am very disappointed with this place. Went for a bio gel nail refill, 2 nails broke within 1 week of getting them done. I had already returned an hour after I got them done to have a few fixed (the gel and nail polish colour were peeling off and the shape was nothing like I asked for, Sloppy at best. I’ve never had this happen and I’ve had gel nails for years). The staff is very nice, however 1 week of bio gel nails is unacceptable.

Never a queue which is great. They take their time to do a mani and pedi. You can request them to rush if you're in a hurry. Great interiors. They have massage chairs and prices are half of what you would normally pay for a mani and pedi at a mall. Ample parking space too. Overall a quiet and good experience.

I visited this location with my friend in the afternoon. They had no one in there. At first, it was a pleasant experience. The girls were nice and the spa was very clean and modern looking. HOWEVER, the girl that did my nails did a decent job on my toes and rushed my finger nails. Because of this, there were air bubbles all over most of my nails. She also didn't do a very good job with painting them, very sloppy. My friend also didn't have the best work done for her and she was sent out when her toes weren't dry (the girl checked them before we left). When we got home, she had marks all in the paint. I had high hopes for this place but they were quick to disappoint. I would not recommend for anyone to go here. I gave 2 stars simply because it was a nice atmosphere and there was no wait.
