Ada is such a great cook! This place always has super friendly service and great tasting food. There is a sushi buffet, but it usually only has about 5 or 6 different sushi flavours at a time. However, if you ask Ada to make more or perhaps one of the other flavours they usually will. The menu is is also very good on its own, the portions are very filling.

I ordered roast pork fried and prawns w. broccoli. It tasted like a mix of Chinese and Japanese which was different from what I had before in other places, but I liked it. The prawns were fresh and very good.

We got there at around 8pm so we were one of the few people there. It was really nice of the owner to cook up specific food when we asked. The mango sushi was pretty unique and I hadn't had something like it before. The hostess who spoke Mandarin was really helpful when she suggested things for us to do in Salmon Arm when we were talking about it after dinner.

I've had some bad experiences with Asian buffets in the past, so I came in with a 'meh' attitude. I was pleasantly surprised. Clean restaurant, very nice staff, and the food was pretty good. Dumplings are the best in town that I've had. However, the wasabi was disappointing. I've had table pepper that was hotter.

Amazing place every time we go. The only flaw every time, and the only reason I didn't give 5/5 is that it's hard to keep water/drinks full.
