Royal Tandoori Indian Cuisine

I really liked the place. Food here not just sounded but also tasted like Indian food. I ordered kadhai paneer and it was amazing. Perfect Indian taste. I also ordered chicken tikka which was also lovely. Must visit.Food: 4/5

What an awful experience. Read reviews and seen that they had a vegan menu so we decided to give this place a go. We got our drinks, poppadoms didn't arrive, had to ask another 2 times before finally getting the poppadoms and chuckney tray. These finally came with our main meal at the same time!!! Madness. I had chicken tikka masala, and it was rubbish. It was just some chicken chunks in some thick paste sauce. This also caused havoc in my stomach all night long, and kept me awake. One of those indian restaurants that put laxatives in the food. Will never return here

Super tasty tandoori food. Not the most upmarket decor, and it’s clearly part of the Ibis hotel the toilets are shared with their reception. It is bright and clean, and pleasant enough though. I’ve been here numerous times with friends when out in Reading it’s our Indian restaurant of choice. The food is super tasty… I’ve had various dishes there, and all of them are great. We did try the devil lamb and were warned it was extremely spicy. It is super spicy, but still tasty and very edible. It’s reasonably priced, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

This amazing restaurant is next door to a chain hotel. A colleague told me they'd never tried it thinking it might belong to the chain. But they quickly changed their mind once they tasted the excellent food. Great food and nice service. Vegetarian options: Mixed vegetable curry. All dishes markeith spice rating.

Best indian spot in town for authentic indian food and service on pont. Lamb bryani is a must.Food: 5/5

Appalling service on Sunday, the waiters were too busy with takeaway orders, than looking after their restaurant guests. We asked twice where are starters were, and were fobbed off with “they are coming”. Went to flavour’s restaurant and were given excellent service and food.

We simply walked in to this restaurant for lunch and opted for the weekdays set lunch. For the price, we got a decent portion of the meal which is good. The atmosphere and service were great. The food however was not bad but I won't dare to call it very authentic.

My favourite restaurant in Reading. Really delicious food , especially the grilled paneer with lemon! The combination of vanilla ice cream and gulab jamun far is the best dessert! The restaurant atmosphere very lovely. This is the kind of Indian food I like most.

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing experience here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Waiting times we’re not bad at all considering it was Valentine’s Day. Food was wonderful. We enjoyed every second and was well worth the price deffo recommend
