We were referred to Gino by a friend and we were very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. This was our first time buying a home and he was extremely patient with us and very accommodating, he helped us find a home that was perfect for us and managed to negotiate a great deal for us as well. He was very involved but didn't put any pressure on us to make any decisions we weren't ready to, he suggested a mortgage broker, insurance company, and lawyer whom were all awesome as well, we had a very pleasant home buying experience from start to finish. We definitely would recommend Gino to anyone looking to buy a home and would absolutely use his services again in the future. Thanks Gino!

I used to Gino to buy my first house..... and let's just say I will use him for the next however many there is to come! Fast prompt service! And has no problems answering any questions I had. Also let's you know where all your hard earned money is going when it comes closing costs etc! As it came to a surprise being a first time home buyer. Good job!

My husband and I used Gino and Andrea to help us with the sale of our first home and purchase of our second home after months of sitting on the market with the first agent we had hired to sell our house. We ended up searching for the best reviewed real estate agents online and they showed up on the top of the list. We are both so happy for making that call. They were able to sell our house within the month then help us with the purchase of our next house. Gino made himself available at all hours with my countless questions and overall they made our transition much smoother than we could have hoped. When everything official on the purchase they then told us they also had a moving van that we could use for free! Amazing job you guys!

Gino was amazing in helping my family find an amazing house, in a great location, in such a short time period (1 week). He did awesome at showing us the differences in multiple neighborhoods through out the city and what we could get that was in our budget. He showed us the comprables in the areas and was able to recommend what we could do to improve equity. He made what could have been a very stressful and rushed week, be a very relaxed and fun time. When the time come that I get transferred out of the province and have to sell, I will definitely be using his services again and if I could, have him show me places in the next new province!
