Story

I can proudly say that Winnipeg has been my home for over 30 years. Growing up in this city like many other kids, I dreamt not of real estate, but of playing in the NHL. My childhood was filled with weekends at hockey rinks, and late nights at the local community club. Although my dream of playing in the NHL never quite panned out, I was lucky enough to play 4 years in the Western Hockey League with the Moose Jaw Warriors. I was then drafted in the 8th round by the Pittsburgh Penguins, thus began my professional career, which lasted 9 years. Many stops were made along the way, including Las Vegas, Germany, Italy, and Denmark.

Hockey has taught me many things. Teamwork, honesty, a good work ethic, and most importantly, what it means to be trusted, and how to respect the trust of others. These are the same things that I have brought to real estate, making it the perfect fit.

My knowledge of the market, the workings/pitfalls of homes, and of course negotiating skills will help you get the most money for your home, or the best bang for your buck.

My business is dependent on referrals. I don't look at your business as a one time transaction. I will always be honest with my clients. If I see any defects, or deficiencies in a home they may be interested in, I will not hesitate to voice my concern. I will never push anyone into buying a home, to me it doesn't matter if you take a day, or a year to find your new home. It's all about finding the one that's right for your situation.
