I have had the pleasure of working at Shindico for almost 7 years now, and I honestly can’t picture myself working anywhere else! It feels as though we are one big, extended family, making for a very positive and inclusive work environment. The owners truly care about each individual and recognize the talents and contributions each team member brings to the workplace. That is reflected in the number of long-term employees Shindico has. The management team is approachable, welcomes creativity, leads by example and provides ample opportunities for career development.

I volunteered to stay in my 1913 suite while they renovated it -- a much longer project than anybody expected. Helen Chattree does her best to get the different trades out ASAP,  but some of them claim to have other projects as well. &lt;G&gt; Helen is smart, pleasant and doesn't take guff from people. . . She responds to what tenants need, while maintaining her bright sense of humour!

Being new to the country and the real estate market, Shindico provided me with a learning environment when I started my Co-op journey here during my MBA. They have the best team to manage properties and a great set of professional mentors.

I started as a co-op summer student almost 10 years ago and have never looked back! Amazing family run business that focuses on making Manitoba great in all respects. Looking forward to the next 10 years together.

Made an offer to lease a space on Henderson highway though Jared K. He put in the offer and never responded back to my emails to this day. Terrible customer service.I’m certain the owner of the building wouldn’t be too satisfied with shindico knowing that they are not doing their part…I was wondering why this space as been for lease for nearly a year- now I know, the agent isn’t doing his job:

called Shindico for service today re MUA at about 11AM and tech showed up in about 30 MIN. Very satisfied

Poor customer service. Never responded to inquiries.

This is a part time company, which must already have too much business to bother to respond to new business inquiries. Just leave them alone and allow them to become desperate. Perhaps then they will take your call or respond to your request.
