My friend bought this house in Charleswood. Patrick realty was the seller and Hester Taruc was the buyer's realtor. After the first heavy rain, my friend who was sleeping in the basement room woke up with water all over the floor. As first time home buyer and a new immigrant, they didn't know better. No inspection or anything before signing the deal. They didn't think inspector would require the current owner to remove the wall paneling to expose the foundation wall. They didn't think that this kind of problem wouldn't be disclosed by the seller / seller's realtor. And they didn't think that the respected Hester Taruc wouldn't ask about it since this is an old house. Or maybe she did think about it or maybe she's aware but she only cared about the money same goes for the seller. They reached out to Hester but they were ignored. I question the integrity of these realtors. They only care about the money. What a shame.

Stephen was great to deal with! Words that come to mind are professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and punctual. He helped us through the process of selling our home from beginning to end. And Jean was excellent as well!

Sold my house in less than a week!! Absolutely awesome! Amazing people! It felt like my very knowledgeable friend was helping me sell my old house, and helping me buy my dream home!
