Roy Rump & Sons Tire & Auto Centre

I’ve been going to Roy and his team for over 15 years now. Many years ago, I was a young, newly-single mom. I was exhausted, and trying to balance full-time work and parenting, with no family in Ottawa. Driving along the 417 one morning I heard an awful noise coming from my car. I had no idea what was going on. I pulled off at the Pinecrest exit and saw Roy’s shop. So I pulled in and tearfully asked for help. Roy took one look at me, sat me down and said, “No problem. We’ll get this sorted for you.” Turns out it was just a routine flat and his team had it fixed in under 15 minutes. Roy handed me the keys and I asked how much I owed. He said, “Nothing. Just have a great day.” I’ve never forgotten that act of kindness. And I’ve never taken my car anywhere else for servicing since. Roy and his team are professional, courteous and, most important to me, really good people.

Great shop. Ive had lots of work done here on my Yukons over the years .. Jason just did me a huge favour inflating my spare trailer tire which had lost its bead. Joe P there is a great young man too.

Had trouble with a broken trailer spring on hyw417 on my way home to Toronto. They took me in as soon as I arrived. Very courteous staff. Professional shop. Beautiful facility. Can't thank them enough for their help. Great experience

Always super nice and they send a great detailed summary of what work needs to be completed, what can wait, cost etc. all through email. Super convenient and the prices are fare.

Parents have been bringing their vehicles here for a few years, and I bring mine here now. I have no complaints, and have never had any problems with the service received.
