Amazing service, Hani and team are the salt of the earth. There are not many companies out there (especially mechanics) that are willing to go the extra mile for you. After being cheated by a few repair shops over the last few years I am thankful to have found Hani and his great team at Paradise Auto Repair. I know he has my best interest in mind anytime I leave my car here for repairs. Thank you for breaking the mould. Bringing back honesty and integrity to an industry where as a whole customer service is non existant. New customer for life, Matt Pineau

Hani is a great guy. I got a car from a dealer that deals with him. I have to say i am impressed with the level of service i recived from his shop.

A very trustworthy auto repair place. Have been with him for years now and have had lots of different repairs (timing chain replacement, car starter install, brake pads/routers, trailer hitch install, etc). Highly recommended.

Went to get my brakes re-done, full replacement of all rotors, pads, and front calipers. 3 days later I lost my brakes due to a cracked brake line traveling 60 km/h while in a different city. Obvious negligence on behalf of the mechanics. The owner was responsive to phone calls and polite, and although the work was warrantied, he flat out refused to reimburse the full cost of towing and repairs (just over $200), as required by the law (consumer protection act), and sent a check for half that instead, knowing that no one would go to court for $100. So after spending over $1200 at Paradise Auto, and having my brakes fail, $100 extra was too much for him. The reason for 2 stars is that while it was obviously the shop's negligence, the owner was responsive throughout the process.
