They have contracts with the assurance companies so after the accident they did  what they can to get paid easily by the assurance and overlooked the other needed reparations briefly they were not honest

Despite being short-staffed due to the late hour, they fixed my problem (rusty screws keeping me from removing my licence plate) quickly and efficiently while I waited. I came there planning to drop off my car for a whole day, but left only 15 mins later. I could not possibly have asked for better service.

Our van has been in a number of accidents this year (bad luck!) and I've taken it to these guys for repair. All of the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. Dave and Matt know their stuff and go the extra mile to make sure I'm getting the best service at the lowest price and even gave me good advice to make sure I was getting the most out of my insurance (like getting a car rental while the van was in the shop over the Christmas holidays - something I hadn't known was available through my insurance at no extra cost to me). I like this place and would recommend it to anyone.
