Solid chicken sandwich spot! Saw this shop in a video online and decided to check it out. Honestly, it definitely surpassed my expectations! The big rowdy chicken sandwich: not only did this sandwich taste juicy but it was a great size and the hot honey flavour was amazing! The coleslaw wasn’t really my type of thing but I wouldn’t say it took away from the experience. The fried it came with were some of the best I’ve had from any chicken spot! Garlic Parmesan wings: wings cooked perfectly and was a good size. Though, I’m not a huge fan of this flavour. I would definitely get the wings again but maybe with a different flavour. 3 piece chicken: this chicken was definitely juicy as they claim on their branding! It was dusted with some sort of curry powder I think which added a bit of spice. Overall food was great, I’d recommend if you’re looking for a good fried chicken spot.

First time at Rowdy Bird Juicy Chicken. I was really hoping I found the next best hand-slaughtered halal fried chicken joint. Unfortunately, it did not meet up to expectations even with the reassurance from the staff that it would be. Ordering: I would suggest calling ahead because it seems they get a lot of skip and Uber orders, so you could be waiting a bit if you walk-in. Food: I ordered the Big Rowdy Burger which ended up being 2 very thin pieces of “chicken breast” covered in batter. Curly fries were a change but cold. The chicken tenders were actually juicy and a good size might have been better off putting those in my burger. Cost: the tenders combo at $16 was okay. $11 for the burger I had was not.

Great food, chicken was cooked perfectly and was VERY fresh. Ordered the hot honey chicken tenders, burgers and fries, and lived up to the expectations, and is HALAL! Would score a 8/10 as the lack of seating and ventilation were poor. Aside from that cashier/cook was very friendly and super passionate about the food he makes.

I've been here twice and got the same thing both times - 3 pc chicken with rowdy rub for $7.99. It comes with a small drumstick and 2 huge pieces of chicken thigh it's the size of your palm and really THICK the chicken is tender and juicy with a perfectly crispy skin.

Rowdy Bird claims to make their chicken juicy, but even with the heads up, I was unable to prepare for just how juicy it was! Coupled with a crispy outer coating, you cannot go wrong with their food. I tried the hot honey big rowdy. Phenomenal. Exceeded my expectations. Moreover, the owner’s hospitality made the overall experience significantly better. He made sure to check in with me to ensure that the food was to my liking. 10/10 food, 11/10 experience. Definitely will be coming again!

Grabbed the Rowdy Original sandwich with Hot Honey and it was pretty average. While the chicken was seasoned well and crispy, the sandwich as a whole was imbalanced. There wasn't enough lettuce or pickles, and way too much of their garlic mayo sauce as seen in the picture. It got quite messy to eat and the garlic mayo covered up all the other flavours.

I've been to quite a few chicken places out here in the Scarborough area, but this one might be one of my new favorites! Finally had a chance to come in today and try both the sandwich and the tenders. Ordered the Hot Honey flavor. The curly fries were the right amount of crisp! Perfect. But the chicken though... The chicken is what fried chicken should be. Juicy, and with a light breading that's delicious and crispy. Will definitely be back when I'm around the area! Vegetarian options: They have cauliflower options. Parking: A small parking lot.

When they first opened, there was a line up every day it seemed. My boyfriend finally picked some up to try last week, because we've been talking about stopping by and boy! What a surprise. The chicken is tender, its rich in flavour and the pieces are mammoth large. Definitely a neighborhood fave!

Ordered the 11 pcs of spicy tenders with a combo of curly fries and a pop. Amazing deal for an amazing price plus was also given a box of another tenders for a trial. Both tasted amazing. Thank you Rowdy Bird keep up the finger licking work.

I recently visited Rowdy Bird and was blown away by their delicious burgers! The flavours were bold and the meat was juicy - everything you could ask for in a burger. In addition, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Rowdy Bird Chicken Restaurant for their amazing food and outstanding service!
