KFC

Waited two hours for our food,finally came all mixed up, cold, chips were soggy, looked like it was put together quickly without care. Tasted disgusting, have a stomach ache now. Never again. DO NOT do it to yourself people!

The food wasn't as good as expected but what was even worse was there was a poor girl serving on the till by herself and trying to make sure the queue was getting down, and the rest of the employees were just constantly shouting at her for "not working". It was an absolute disgusting way to treat staff.

The potato fries are not good. Vegetarian options are not available . Food is cold, and in the mixed bucket pepper was added which is sour. Service was good. Vegetarian options: Only potato fries

Visited 9 March, bitterly cold weather. Firstly the door is very dangerous and would seriously injure a child, the restaurant is desperately in need of a refurb, the place was absolutely freezing. The counter staff were friendly but everything was a disaster, heating not working, no hot drinks available, food very very average, no salt offered nor hand wipes. Wish we’d gone somewhere else, don’t bother going. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp outside

To the girls in kfc today .. they were so lovely . I had just finished my shift at work and grabbed a late dinner.. whoever made this original recipe ricebox with an extra fillet .. hands down the nicest one I've ever had and I usually either get the salad box or ricebox . . How it should be and it was lush . Thank you and keep it up . Yum .

Great resteraunt here, plenty of space and the staff will bring your order to the table. Lot's of offers on and can't beat the £1.98 Wraps. Nice and clean.

It doesnt look like they care of hygiene at KFC :/ Disable toilet want clean properly or at all exept floor and toilet seat.... The lady at the cash register was so busy the kfc was completely empty that she had a problem with putting the drinks in the bag and stated that as a disabled person with a cane, I have to take drinks in my hand. The fries are so overcooked that they just folding to the fingers Disrespectful for disable people. You have to pull doot to enter, to order you have a steps. Stuff dont care about customers.

Never waited so long for a 10 minute job run by a bunch of headless chickens had to remind the guy he skipped my order and can clearly tell the staff is lack of skill, not only that, my chicken was black would not consider! Gravy was ice cold and in my opinion do not go ! Unless you’ve got an hour an a half to spare

I wish I'd read reviews before l ordered Had bad experiences with KFC before so l should have known better, Working away,very late booking into hotel and they were round the corner If l wasn't so hungry l should have known,the girl who served me was the only one working,the other 4 were watching,they needed a lesson in personal hygiene as well as food hygiene Spent £16.98 and hardly eat anything,all disgusting,and too tired to take back and argue How do they get away with this,is there no standards set at KFC anymore, Never,ever have same problem with Macdonalds,Burger King and other fast food chains Shame on you KFC ,I'm just glad I've realised it's not just one restaurant it's most,and l hope all the other extremely poor reviews you have had from other ex customers might wake you up..probably not!

It's an amazing store, with great staff, and great food, never had a problem!
