Rowan managed our two properties for over 5 years. In that entire time, we always felt they had our best interests as well as those of our tenants at the forefront. Margaret was easy to communicate with, always returned our calls promptly and I valued her insight and any recommendations she gave us. Kim as well was excellent at ensuring any issues in terms of the homes themselves were dealt with in a timely manner and both homes were well maintained. Thank you Rowan !

The Manager and all the Staff at Rowan Property Management are absolutely wonderful. They always respond to emails and telephone calls in a timely manner. They value all their tenants. I highly commend Rowan Property and I would never go anywhere else.

I have been a tenant of Rowan Properties for over 6 years. The staff is AMAZING. Margaret has been nothing but kind and knowledgeable over all the years. She has been here for my boys and I. I'm forever grateful to her. Rowan Properties have other great staff too. There is Amanda and Kim and really there is not one person I have dealt with that hasent taken care of me. I was shocked to read the negative reviews about Rowan Property Management. We rented our property for a short term, having no experience with the process. We dealt mainly with Margaret and occasionally Arthur. I was really comfortable dealing with Margaret and new we were in good hands. She was always courteous and friendly and responded quickly to my emails or calls. I’d recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone.

I have rented 2 properties from Rowan and have nothing but great things to say about them all around. The first property I rented ended up needing repairs to an appliance and they promptly addressed the issue and made sure everything was in working order as soon as possible. Margaret is a wonderful and wise woman. I've never had an issue with her or any of the staff from Rowan, then again I also followed their rules and complied with the screening process, which is put in place for good reason. I continuously recommend Rowan to friends and family looking for rentals and looking for property management. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I have rented from Rowan Property Management and have never had a problem, they do credit checks to make sure a person is who they say they are. I personally do not have a problem with this they have always handled themselves very professionally and courteously. The staff at Rowan are well trained and do their their best to make sure tenants are looked after. If you want to be treated fairly and looked after rent from Rowan.

We my wife and I have rented 2 different units from Rowan Property Management. We have had nothing but great experiences with them. If a problem or concern arises, they have always responded and acted accordingly, leaving us feeling happy and comfortable.
