I moved to the lower mainland two years ago without really knowing the area very well at all, I wanted good access to the mountains and the airport. Marco strongly suggested Port Coquitlam, and didn't look at any other options with me. Early morning airport runs are horrible with traffic, same with runs to Squamish or Whistler. He claimed the new condos in PoCo that were going up at the time would stimulate the area, but the market there has been saturated. I really have no idea why he would even get me to consider PoCo, in hindsight, it was the worst possible choice.

Worked there for a while. Terrible atmosphere but you can make some good connections and partnerships.
