This was the worst experience of my life!! Alana had let us down. You think you are in trusting this company to make your life easier so you don't have to worry about your tenants. Well think again. Worst company ever!! Your better off taking on the headache of being the landlord yourself. This company isn't worth your hard earned money. 🖕

Would prefer to give zero stars but not an option. Rentend 2 suits from this company should've learned my lesson the first time not to deal with them a second time. The phrase "if you want something done, do it yourself" should be their motto. Moved to the second suite about a month ago still have yet to receive a community mail box key. Sent well over a dozen emails and phone calls and in person chats and nothing has been resolved. Because of this I've asked to speak to the manager of the company to file a complaint and was not given any contact information. Not happy and not impressed. 0 star

Easily the worst property management firm i've dealt with. Their lack of concern or care astounded me. Unprofessional and rude the second they lose your business. BE WARNED.

I have been dealing with Pemberton Holmes Westshore since they started business as a separate company. The staff have been very attentive to the needs of the property and to my questions. The staff also continue to advise on maintenance needed. When they spot issues , I am informed and they have them handled quickly. The suppliers they use have all done very good jobs. I would highly recommend their services

I have nothing but good things to say about Pemberton Holmes! I currently reside in a well-managed building in a beautiful part of town. The building manager takes very good care of the property, we are warned well in advance of anything such as window cleaning or smoke detector checks, and the property manager Mara Robb has been extremely accommodating. I have absolutely no complaints about the building or the way it is managed. Everything is handled with complete professionalism and I hope to reside on this property for years to come!
