Entering this very undesirable market we really felt like gone were the days of finding the house you wanted and just accepting what we could afford to put a bid on . Taylor went above and beyond for us, she took us to over 30+ viewings , submitted multiple offers on short deadlines and ultimately it was her willingness to go above and beyond and her commitment to finding us the perfect home that got us to where we are . Taylor found us a home that checked every single box something we never thought possible in such a very undesirable market . She went above and beyond anything I was expecting, she explained how things work in detail, got us all documentation quickly and had answers to everything or found them for us . Finding this home was like a needle in a hay stack and we had to do it in a short time frame and Taylor Lowenberg made it happen ! Thanks again Taylor for finding us our forever home ! Great Service and Great People!!! My wife and I worked with Sandy and her staff to find our new Island home. Although our final choice ended up up outside the Lake Cowichan area, we could not be happier with their service. Sandy was even kind enough to let us rent a suite at her own house for 2 months while we pursued our search. It was a fantastic stay and was so helpful. PS....she's a heckuva cook and hostess!
