Front desk person Abby was very helpful and had good knowledge on different policies that I had questions on. Rental here is awesome for customers on budget. Only downside is $1500 security deposit on your CC else they will deny. Other than that my experience with them was top notch.

Excellent customer service, Abbey and team go out of their way to be pleasant and competent. Vehicle was as expected, pick-up and drop-off were as fast and efficient as possible. Best price in town. I will only use Routes for car rentals moving forward

Best car rental place in the city. We got an amazing 2021 Jeep Wrangler for an excellent price. Abby was super helpful and friendly and the guy when I returned the vehicle too. Definitely recommendable

I booked a car and when I came to pick it up I was refused the rental because my driver’s license was not from Canada. It was in English though. I was charged fully for the rental and the company refused to refund the charge. I feel I’ve been scammed. Rented a car with Hertz without any issues.

Was hesitant after seeing reviews and always been an Avis customer. These guys were half the price and was an awesome overall experience. Paul...the Manager was excellent to deal with and went above and beyond.
