Great experience with Ace Bridgeport branch - with all the snow this week I was 3h late returning my rental. The guys were super patient, stayed late to process the return, didn't charge me anything extra, and offered a ride to the nearest train station. I was a very happy customer. Thank you!

Not at all impressed, they gave us a reasonable price so we booked with them. As soon as we arrived that all changed, the price we were given doubled you have to pay for insurance. Had I known this would have for sure kept shopping as this was definitely NO DEAL !!

Customer service was fantastic and the car I rented was brand new and really comfortable which is Subaru forester? Some people reviewed this company is like a disaster but I really satisfied with their service. Thank you so much and I really hope to visiting there again. THANKS!

It was a good experience with Discount Car Rental. I was given a new , clean and nice van. Easy and friendly desk support. Only issue was the empty tank and no radiator fluid which I put it myself.

I booked online for an economy car, the price was very good. We didn’t know that the company was at the airport so had to wait a half hour to be picked up. Then it was a further 30 min wait until we got our vehicle, not the economy car we booked but a minivan because they didn’t have small cars left. All in all poor service.
