I received excellent service beyond with follow up. They didn't have the car what I was looking for so he called other location or head office to try and find a solution. Great follow up and customer service. Car was clean and smelled good. Overall very simple and easy transaction.

Last minute life savers, I mange to get a car from budget Richmond hill on Sunday afternoon , on that time almost all the rentals are closed. I am very satisfied with the service and they waited for me until I arrive bit late. Thanks and hats off. They deserve 7 stars.
