My wife and I genuinely enjoyed our stay here. Their hospitality and friendliness were unprecedented! It is in a beautiful location and certainly a great location to be married or just to get away for a night or two. The round barn is both interesting and beautiful. The food here is very good. Will be going back.

Like many other of the reviews I have seen for this B&B, I had a negative experience with the owners here. I had booked a room in their Willow Suite for the hefty price of $287.50. Unfortunately I had to cancel this trip. I called 48 hours ahead of time to cancel my stay, when they answered I spoke with a man and he wasn't sure what to do and said he would give me a call back. He never called me back so I had to email them to even get a response. They told me they could not refund me, for I had to cancel THREE WEEKS prior to receive a refund. Seems ridiculous, and this policy was not made clear when I had booked. Then they told me they turned away "numerous" offers for the room beforehand, but could not find someone to rent it now. This makes no sense. Then they said they would send me a coupon for a nights stay some other time. I reluctantly agreed. When I got the coupon in the mail she wrote in the note here is a coupon for "a half night's stay" in the willow room. When I checked their policy which they had been referring to so many times it states that they will give customers a coupon for a full nights stay if they cancel. She also wrote a note that had misspellings in it and was overall unprofessional. Not happy with this place and would expect to be treated better for such an incredibly expensive price tag.

My husband and I just stayed at the round barn b and b.  I felt transported back in time to the early 1900s. When we arrived, we were greeted by Wendy and Kirk, the owners.
We chose the Quilted Bird Room. The rooms all fit the decor theme of the 1900 time period.
We enjoyed listening to the quiet, listening to the trains and we loved the slow pace of life.  
We loved the breakfast and the fellowship of the owners.

I canNOT say enough about every aspect of the Round Barn Farm Bed and Breakfast!!  We celebrated our 50th birthdays and 25th anniversary there with about 100 friends a few weeks ago, and I have nothing but gratitude for the owners of this beautiful property.    From prep, planning to party Wendy and Kirk were AMAZING!!!  The venue was amazing, food and stay could not be topped!  Beyond grateful!  We will most definitely be back and so will our friends!  ❤️!  You will not be disappointed!

Attended a wedding here. The location was lovely in the river valley along the train tracks. The venue for the party very well, with plenty of room for the different events for the wedding and reception. Picturesque. Friendly hosts.
