The good things first, nice, firm newer mattresses and bedding and winter plug-ins for your car, the room was clean with a decent refrigerator & microwave...then the less than good, very dated decor, three tables with chairs under stairs make the breakfast room offering a few cold items only, a towel bar was pulled from the wall my the room & you have to choose a lamp or the microwave because the few outlets are in use, no coffee pot or ironing board in the room, the pool area appeared clean, but was uninviting, they did not give me the room I requested & to get that room I was going to be checked out & back in at a cost of an additional $50, typically when simply switching one room for another of the same type other hotels just reassign, it was snowing and there was a minor attempt to shovel the entry and the one luggage cart for the entire hotel is very small, bent out of shape with a broken piece...personally, I hope on my next trip to town I'll find a room at a different facility...

Room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Nice place to eat across the street. Can walk to get there

Outstanding good time! Clean rooms stocked with all the necessities, great pool and hottub facilities, comfortable location near marina and pottery museum, and above, friendly staff that helped to make my visit to Red Wing truly unforgettable!

Smelled like stale cigarettes. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok not great.

No one to be found when we needed towels for the pool when we could only find ONE towel. Whirlpool room lights did not work. The lights were bent and hanging funny in our room. The bed was very uncomfortable and we found blood on the pillow and blanket. We will not be staying again nor will we suggest anyone else to stay.
